So, what's Heatwave?
HeatWave is a project of love after watching and observing other Minecraft servers, seeing their direction. Minecraft in itself may have RPG qualities but not the kind we'd like to see. We strive for constant player interaction and a sense of community.
We take the traditional MC formula and shake it up a bit! On our server, you can finally put those good enchants to use. Use a uniquely designed skill tree to get stronger! With our custom mobs, we can assure you there's more of a challenge than ever. And more on the way soon!
Oh, and we have jobs. So get paid to slay!
We keep our trading system untethered. You can trade with in-game money or items. Mixing Economy and Vanilla trading!

-Started adding new mobs to The Depths
-Added Holographic Displays over all dropped items! (Thank you Paper!)
-Optimizations have been added to smooth over chunk loading for ungenerated chunks. (No more tiny TPS drops.)
-RTP has been optimized again, it should now be blazing fast!
-##Dynamp is being reconfigured, the switch to paper seriously messed up it's plugin.##
-And lastly, two new dungeon types have been added to the world gen! Watch the skies! :)
