Hero's Craft

Hey! My name is blockshark2013 and i am the owner of the Hero's Craft server! We are a great server but very small! The staff here are me, dawaffle23 and janeiger01. Me and dylan (Dawaffle23) are the two owners of the server and are looking for a lot of staff, Below i will post the staff app. Our server is purley based on a factions genre. When you spawn in please read the rules and the wall of staff. If you are wondering, our server staff requirements do NOT include skype or any video communication programs. Instead, we use an  ingame staff chat. If you need to communicate with any other staff use that. In some parts of the server you will be able to go through challenges to earn ingame ranks. What would you do if two players were having a argument about a claiming issue. One says that their claiming was glitched and they demand a new base/house, and the other says that it was a valid raid and that the house must have been claimed incorrectly. Both player have a valid point, what woul dyou do to make both players happy?
