The sub-setting of Justinc is an unsettled world waiting to be colonized by its players. Players will be able to govern themselves and for the most part go at their own pace and do what they want. So long as players stay in character and refrain from the use of hacking programs, they will be able to make their own choices without being hampered by staff.
