The Official Stephen King Minecraft server

*NOTE: This is a Java Minecraft server, unfortunately, we don't support other versions of Minecraft (Console, Mobile, Bedrock)*

Update: We finished Derry and we're doing pretty good in Ludlow, we have done a lot of stuff already and we really can't wait to see you there!

What is King's Multiverse?

We are a group of people that are currently hosting a Minecraft server based on the fictional universe of Stephen King. Everything we build is based on the books, movies, and comics. We’re currently building Derry (from IT, Insomnia, Dreamcatcher and more) due to its current popularity and reference material.

We have plans to build many more of these locations and towns including:

Midworld / Endworld (From The Dark Tower series)
Castle Rock (From Needful Things, Cujo, The Body, Shawshank and many more )
Chester Mill (From Under the dome)
And many more!

Our goal is to build every location from every novel and every short story.

We also have some other very ambitious plans that can also be read about in our Discord server.

Plans for the future

About a month ago we started building Derry, and we’re happy to say that we’re very close to the end of Derry! We only have a small amount of “major” builds left, after that it’s the last few residential houses. If you want your very own house In Derry you can always top by and create one! We still have some space for regular houses.

After reading up some of the fictional locations of the Stephen King universe we came to the conclusion that Ludlow (from Pet Sematary and the Dark half) lies somewhere in between Derry and Castle Rock. Our original plan was to start Castle Rock after Derry but since Ludlow is relatively small, we have decided to build that first. We’re very excited to build it and we really hope to see you there!

Cool features we have added

We have added some amazing features to our server, including a way to add custom player heads (small blocks). This allows us to do an extreme amount of detailing and making the world feel more alive.

We have also added a custom sound plugin. This means that we can add custom sound effects or songs in the server. (Think Fur Elise in Bill's house or laughter from the sink at Beverly's). If you have any suggestions please let us know!

Can you find the easter eggs?

Throughout Derry, we have added a whole bunch of easter eggs that you can find for yourself! Some are really well hidden so we hope you can find them all! These easter eggs are in text, sound and builds.
