Player managing skills:I believe I have very adequate player managing skills, having owned my own server with 20+ players on at a time I was able to keep all players happy and under control. Furthermore, I will make sure all players follow the rules with the utmost respect (Cause if they don't, then whats the point of setting them?) I will enforce the rules and make sure all players know of them and are willing to comply in accordance with them. I deal with players on a one to one basis and I can offer a wealth of experience as mentioned before, owning my own server.

Penalties you would give(Give examples): That depends on the offence, if they commit a minor offence such as spam or constant caps, I will mute them for 5 mins to give them time to cool down, if they still are not ready to calm down I will temp ban them for an hour so they can go sort themselves out. On the other hand, if it is a more serious rule like racism, sexism, or personal threats I will ban them without a moments notice, this is because I want to make sure the server has a fun community and a safe environment for people of all ages, ethnicity, backgrounds and creeds to enjoy.

Positions on other servers(currently): I do not have any filled positions on other servers at the moment so I can dedicate most of my Minecraft time to your server.
Previous positions: I have owned my own server, and I have been Admin/Moderator on other servers until something really unfortunate happens or the Owner can no longer carry on, forcing me to resign from my position and leave.
Time dedication daily:I can put in 3-4 hours a day but on the weekends this will be far more depending on my real life plans.But usually i'm very active.

What input can you provide:I can make sure the server runs smoothly as well as creating a safe environment I will make sure all players are happy and are having fun and will stop rule breakers from continuing to annoy people and offend rules on the server.
Reason for applying?: I have applied so I can help the server grow and somewhat blossom into a big fun and safe community, I have also applied to help you and the other staff as well as players with minecraft, having played since May 2011 I have a wealth of experience most of minecraft (excluding redstone) as well as having experience with owning servers and how to manage them.
Why should we accept you: You should accept me because well firstly, the effort and time I have put into my application shows that I am worthy of becoming staff and is willing to help, secondly you should accept me because I really feel I can help this server become 10x than the average server (Help wise, community wise and fun wise of course!. Finally, I should be accepted because of my experience, I mean I have been playing for two years i'm not gonna suddenly dissapear, I am always willing to help and be kind and respectful to all players.

Extra information:I live in Melbourne so would get on really well with people from around the Melbourne and can provide assistance to Uk players during timezones +5 it could be 5pm in the AS and you would still be at school/college/work being unable to help so I am there to fill the gap.
