LaCrosseSmp started as a hobby and 2 years later has grown into a neat community of players, plugins, worlds, or anything else you would encounter in a nice bukkit minecraft server. We have a staff that keeps players in line, and some neat plugins that facilitate your progress threw the ranks of the server allowing access to newer areas and commands. 
 Running this server i will personaly not ask anything of any of my users just that they work togther to make a better minecraft experience.
 The server will always be changing, not in the sense of worlds but plugins, mini games that come and go, we have the war plugin which allows full on pvp and capture the flag to survival games ( which have come in and out of service due to the devs) Join today you never know what your going to find

This is o0laxkilla0o the owner, Also recently we have started a factions world along side our Vanilla SMP world. The players have taken to it quite nicely and play all the time, the spawn of the factions world has a massive lava entrenched war zone around it for pvp without loosing your factions power, also to pass the time and get your murda on.
