everytime i try to join a pixelmon server it says that somethings are dismatched between world and game

You need to make sure that you are using the Pixelmon version that the server is also using :)

Please make sure that you are on the Pixelmon version 3.0! Also, you will crash the first time you join the server, but you will be able to log back in with no issues after that :)
