Please be reminded we are looking for mature minded players only. This generally means 18+ (or you have to be very mature for your age and at least 15 years old).

Legio Umbra Minecraft is a server running the Survival gamemode on Hard difficulty.
The main goal of the server is to provide a Minecraft environment for mature minded players to enjoy, as close to Vanilla as possible. We therefore only employ some basic anti-grief plugins, player shops (by use of a villager NPC, not command line gaming), and a plugin which allows you to set a home by clicking on a bed.

We have been running the previous world since the start of january 2013 and used this more or less as a test. We monitored the server closely during that time and tweaked the plugins and server settings accordingly. We also surveyed players asking their preferences regarding Biomes, Difficulty, and Communication methods.

The new world has been generated with the survey results in mind. This means we will be playing on Hard Difficulty with many Extreme Hills/Plains/Forests available around spawn. 

Some features are: Creating your own player shop; protecting your base; friendly and mature community; close to vanilla gameplay.
