it is a nice small server but i would have preferred if you allowed people to have the permission to use tp or tpa

The default rank (Coal) only has access to /tpdeny & /tpaccept, however, as soon as you are promoted to Copper (the "Member" rank), you gain access to both /tpa and /tpahere.
