General Info:
Welcome to the world of Liquid Squids! We strive to be a fun, active, and overall awesome server! In order to be the best server we can be, we try our best to keep the server online 24/7. Liquid Squids became live as of April 7th, and we plan to keep going for a long time.
Districts Info:
The world of Liquid Squids is divided up into many different districts. Each district is based on some sort of theme or general idea, which you must follow in order to build in that district. For every district, there is a separate set of rules, so make sure to read them before doing anything in that district. You don't necessarily have to build in a district, however, it is highly recommended if you want to stay as safe as possible, as PVP is allowed outside of district boundaries. You will be informed with a message in the chat when you leave the boundaries of a district. In order to reach a new district, head to the subway station in District 0. In the subway car, just right-click the name of the district you wish to teleport to, and you will be transported to that district immediately! New districts will be released periodically, and will be announced on the notice board in District 0.
Districts:
District 0:
District 0 is the Spawn district. This district is a very simple area with the general rules and info for the server. The main subway which leads to all other districts is located in this district. Check the notice board near the information building in order to check for new updates or upcoming events. The area in District 0 called the "Central Plaza" contains various public shops and services such as the Marketplace, Library, and Public Nether Portal. This district follows no theme, and building is not allowed.
District 1:
District 1 is the Normal district. This district is the most basic of the districts. There is no theme, so you can build whatever you want to, as long as it follows the general building guidelines that are stated in the information building. Please try to stay in the confines of your building plot, and if your plot is large enough, be willing to share with another user. The only service in this district is the Public mine.
District 8:
District 8 is the Event Center district. There is no building allowed in this district. This district is an area with many different games. Before playing a game, make sure to read that game's specific rules. Occasional tournaments will be held, so make sure to check the notice board in District 0 for information on upcoming tournaments.
Rules:
No hacking of any kind
No mods
No advertising of other servers
No griefing
No harassment, bullying, or being an overall jerk
No PVP inside of districts
If you have a problem or concern, contact a staff member
Do not exploit glitches
Always obey the staff members
Do not act in a way that may offend others
Always read the rules in the information building in each district
Ranks:
Owner - For obvious reasons, you cannot obtain this rank.
Admin - Only the most trusted people on the server can obtain this rank. Nearly impossible to achieve.
Moderator - Extremely helpful and trustworthy people. Must be a member of the server for a very long time, as well as help out in lots of ways.
Helper - A helper is a person who has been a member of the server for a significant amount of time and who does whatever they can to help people (Without giving them stuff for free, of course).
VIP - This is a special rank that can only be achieved through strange ways, such as winning tournaments. People will be notified when there is a chance to achieve this rank.
Donator - Currently unavailable.
Member (White name) - Once a staff member has verified that you have registered on our website, this is the rank you (as well as most other people) will be. If you have to leave before a staff member is online, make a post in this thread or on the forums on our website and let us know so we can update your rank to allow you to build.
Default - This is the rank you start out as. You cannot place or break a block. Basically all you can do is walk around and talk.
