Definitely a good idea, very traditional with some nice plugins but one thing that lets this server down is how the staff (mainly helpers) are so abusive of their powers, I recommend demoting some staff and keeping some, like WinterNoxus. You need to stop hiring more people and train the ones you already have as they do not know what they are doing. They just keep accusing people then banning people.
