If you are aiming to have a survival world that is just like any single player game and having the plotme world in survival then the only plugins i think you need to keep it simple and easy to manage are: essentials for basic features, plotme for the plot world, permissions bukkit for giving people specific people or groups permission, nocheatplus for keeping people from cheating. Thats about it and if you want you can allow me to remote into your computer and do most of the heavy lifting for you. Thanks for your interest in minecraft,

Also If i were you i would wait some time before you start using donation plugins on your server to keep it simple till you have your server setup the way you like.
