Mayhem

This is a new server I just made although I have made servers in the past bout a year ago I've forgotten how to manage it and what plugins I need... I did use a different website a week ago though and I had to move to a different website because I made a free server there and when I tried to upgrade it wouldn't accept my card so I moved to a whole new website and I'm unfamiliar with it so if you could give me a helping hand that would be much appreciated :)
