We are a tight community and a freindly one at that we will help people at all costs. When you first join the server read the rules at the spawn (THEY ARE CRITICAL TO YOUR EXPERIENCE) we have experienced people at hand so dont worry.
When you have read the rules ask one of the admins or owners to promote and you will be able to explore this fine world we have. Also when you get out of the spawn you are assigned with a job, your pick. There is Shopkeeping farming ETC.

But there is one rank which isnt in the ladder Permission Hero which is the member of staff which sorts out all the stuff you can do per rank.
