MCP Clans is a SimpleClans server. What is SimpleClans, you ask? SimpleClans is a plugin similar to factions, but waaay more fun to play. Create a clan (or join an existing one) and compete with other clans. Protect your land with Protection blocks (diamond blocks). Place a diamond block and an invisible block protection cube will be created (you can see the cube by typing /ps visualize). You can loot other clans and steal their goods. SimpleClans gives users more choices than factions and is extremely simple to use. You can view your members' health with /clan vitals and compare clans with /clan list. Clans can also be allies and rivals with each other. If two clans dislike each other enough they can even go to war! In war, all block protection is useless and the two clans can break in at will. Finally, the most fun part of MCP Clans, you can create traps! That's right, certain blocks act as traps. If you hide them well enough, you will defeat your enemies. Here are a couple:

Shocker: summons a lightning bolt when stepped on
Proximity Mine: triggers an explosion when a player enters it's field
