Join the epic server and you will be able to play tekkit 3.1.2, along with forestry and other plugins for bukkit, with friends! If you have any friends who are looking for any server to play on, come right along! And be fast because the slots are limited!
To install the forestry mod, download the jar file, open "run" by pressing the windows key + r, type %appdata% and it will open a folder with .minecraft, .techniclauncher. Open .techniclauncher and go to tekkit/mods. Put the jar file in the mods folder, delete forestry folder from the EE2.zip folder and you are done.

Once again, make sure you have forestry installed with latest build of tekkit!
Additional Notes
The server hosts tekkit mod for Minecraft along with Forestry 1.4.8.6 The server has buildcraft 2 version 2.2.14
