MezzoCraft (Alpha!)

Welcome to the Mezzocraft Server! After being away for a couple months, we are finally coming back! The Mezzocraft Server, from here on out referred to as MS, combines pure freebuilding with an engrossing role-playing mode. You do not need to be whitelisted to join our server, and you can build without having to do anything. Yes, we know, griefer heaven, right? Wrong. MS is still in its early stages, but we have antigriefing plugins which prevent against placing tnt and lava, and a plugin written by one of the owners which alerts us when someone is using a hack. In addition to this, we run a parallel, identical MS which is open only to a handful of users. At the end of each week, we copy the builds over from this server onto the "admin" server, and then revert the world to the previous version. This technique effectively makes it so that GRIEFING IS UTTERLY POINTLESS, DUE TO BACKUPS. There is ALWAYS a moderator on, no matter what, who is more that happy to ban a cheater.
