Standard In-game Rules:

No Griefing / Theft
No Hacks / Exploits / Mods / X-Ray / Flight
No Derogatory / Offensive Language
No SPAM / Advertising / CAPS
Be Respectful of other players
Extended Rules & Regulations:

These are a set of guidelines and regulations not listed in-game, but are equally subject to scrutiny by the staff.

No Methods of Grief are acceptable at any time.
No theft of items or blocks from another player. Player chest should be locked (/lock) as unlocked chest contents will not be replaced if stolen.
No Hacks, duplication of items, bug exploits (vanilla or otherwise), xray texture packs / clients, hacked clients, cheating programs, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over another player through exploits, bugs, cheating software or hardware.
No performance degrading devices or mods are allowed, players causing TPS drops will be subject to a permanent ban.
No impersonating of a developer, administrator, or other staff member.
No alternate, borrowed, or stolen MineCraft accounts allowed.
No IP spoofing or network modifying clients or connections.
No Doxxing or exposing of players real names, IP addresses, or other personal information.
Do not advertise this network/server/game on outsides/external sites without explicit permission from an administrator.
The only game mods allowed are REI's Minimap and Optifine.
No bigoted, racist, or derogatory language in chat, see chat rules.
No advertising in-game or on site of any kind, unless it is related to Millennium faction.
No asking for ranks, ops, permissions, items, teleportation, or blocks.
No in-game mini-game cheating (Don’t cheat/hack the Mob Arena, etc.)
No relog spamming
No AFK machines or anti-idle devices.
Repair any creeper (or other entity) damage you cause.
Replant community crops after farming.
Breed and replace animals you kill in community farms.
Do not modify community property without permission from an admin.
No breaking out or modifying of Jail.
No pixel art, statues, writing on the live map
No 1x1 Towers, Bridges, Tunnels.
Do not leave Minecarts on communal rails.
VIP Rules:

Typically reserved for contest winners and special guest. These rules apply in addition to the Standard Rules.

Do not use your extra commands to interfere with the vanilla experience of other members in any way.
You can not trade, sell or barter your status or any items given to you for winning a contest or prize.
Your rank does not exclude you from any standard rules, and you are still subject to the Terms of Service of MillenniumFacitions.
Your rank/status can be revoked at anytime without warning.
Any standard rule violations will be immediate consideration for demotion.
All VIP ranks/status is considered temporary determined by the contest or grantor.
Sponsor Rules:

This is a Sponsor status and can be revoked at anytime. These rules apply in addition to the Standard Rules.

Do not use your extra commands to interfere with the vanilla experience of other members in any way.
You can not trade, sell or barter your status or any items given to you for sponsorship.
Your rank does not exclude you from any standard rules, and you are still subject to the Terms of Service of MillenniumFactions.
Your rank/status can be revoked at anytime without warning without refund.
Any standard rule violations will be immediate consideration for demotion.
All Sponsor ranks and status is considered temporary determined by the market system.
Staff Rules:

The first priority of a Moderator is to assist Players. These rules apply in addition to the Standard Rules. These rules inherit all other rules of any other rank, and take precedent over other rules. Remember moderators shouldn't use their extra commands to interfere with the vanilla experience of other members in any unapproved way. If you find a Moderator to be in violation of one of these rules, please report it.

Assist all new players in becoming a member.
Do not abuse your powers.
No Creative projects in the Vanilla world!
No handouts! Do not spawn items, give experience, or adjust account balance for players.
Monitor chat & be respectful of player's privacy.
Monitor players on Live Map and check in on new players while vanished.
Check and complete Mod Request tickets ASAP.
Answer all questions specifically MillenniumFactions related.
Have a working knowledge of all commands and procedures.
All staff member are subject to the standard rules and Term of Service of Millennium Factions.
