We reset our whole Server and play for a while in alone and after we build the spawn
and faction homes we make the Server without whitelist.

you make /register and type in any password
and every time when you want to log in you have to 
make /login with the password you took before

we have no whitelist come on the server and we promote you to a rank where you can build.
because the default rank cannot build and has to ask for admins
