Welcome to Xenia, a Survival/Nether + Creative server that caters to everyone. We rent a Hosthorde 5GB RAM server for our users to do whatever their hearts desire. What makes us special rather than the hundreds of plugins server owners install these days is our emphasis on community- it's solely driven by our small dedicated fanbase of friends and donors.
We offer a multitude of different ranks, permissions, plugins, and worlds to explore, and treat every user as a personal friend. We make sure everyone is happy, so much to the point where we're directly there for each player the moment a request arises, whether it's simple help, a griefing issue, or just to admire their work. Some of the most important highlights of our server include: Districts & WorldGuard prevent our creations from unwanted griefing by random strangers, and provides a region protection system for our users; Fe-economy rewards players for playing on our server (earn "Zeal" for killing mobs, making high rated creations, or running a player-owned shop!); and MultiWorld + MultiInv ensure per-world inventories and experiences for all our players, whether they prefer Survival, Creative, or the Nether! We also have a new ranks that come with special perks as well as awesome colorful tags.
Here is a list of other important plugins we have installed:
Legendchat + DispNameChanger: A well-formatted chat channel system that supports groups/ranks, local/global chats, colors, display nicknames, AFK statuses, and ignore/moderate/nochat features.
DisguiseCraft* + MyPet*: Ride, tame, or even become (almost) any monster in the world you want!
SuperTrails*: Dance with some neat particle effects, like it's no tomorrow!
Craftbook: Bridges, gates, chairs and elevators make your creations truly functional!
SignShop: Become a "Merchant" for easily made player-owned shops with access to a globally-defined AdminShop for stock!
CommandBook: Essential commands for users and moderators, including /home, /time, /warp, etc.
ClickSort: Sort your inventory and chests with a simple command or by clicking in your inventory!
MagicSpells: Allows you to cast magical spells in return for either an item, does have a cool down period. This is the plugin that gives each rank their special perks.
ArmorStandtools: Allows you to easily manipulate Armor Stands for cool decorations! Only available in creative world and allowed to Builder+ and VIP Beyond & up.
ecoCreature: Kill all your favorite mobs for money!
Lockette: Lock your doors and chests with signs, and never have to worry about a break-in or database loss!
CoreProtect: Always watching for minor griefs so we can roll them back in realtime.
We also have plugins (names not listed due to griefers circumventing said plugins) that watch for all mods, cheats, xrays, etc. so you can play safe without worries!

How fitting the last time I wrote an update log that it was just around this time and in the same circumstances!
Just in time for the new year, we got the server all ready to go for 1.7.2 (and 1.7.3 next week)! We also have a brand new Survival map that has plenty of new vacancies for building and exploring the new world generations/biomes! There's been tons of other plugin improvements and bug fixes and whatnot, so make sure you stay in the loop at www.multiverse-mc.com!

Unlike other generic Minecraft Server Lists, we specialize in web development. Within the new few months our long term goals will not only benefit our list but also servers who get a head start!
EDIT: The new plan is for mid-October, when I have time to install it. Bukkit seems stable enough now.
