There is no land protection on this server outside of spawn. Raiding and griefing are allowed. Weve been active since June 2013 and just got a new map. We are currently running Spigot. The server difficulty is on hard, and the world border is at 15k. We keep things as vanilla as possible.
 
All staff is 18+. Moderators are not given creative and play on survival. However, they do not raid. Staff and players are extremely friendly. We do have a TeamSpeak server available to use on the website. Hackers are not welcome and are taken care of rather quickly.

We've recently switched from using Bukkit to using Spigot to fix some lag issues that came about after the 1.7 update. We are now running smoother than ever and have little to no lag at all times.
