Well it's when you ask to get kicked and banned for a bet with your friends, coming in with a snarky saracastic mood and don't do anything but to insult the server. Behaving is also a part of the rules, and when you are being disrespectful then you'll ofcourse get a punishment for it. I would love for you to return, if you behave in a more respectful manner next time you join.
