Yes I do. I run a half-life 2 coop server, which is a friggin blast. I
handled player conflicts and assigned moderators to help. I assigns
permissions on a case by case basis. For example I tend to give people access
to teleport, vote-ban, and vote-kick commands when a player is mature
and active. If someone is extremely active and helpful, I'll give them
access to outright kick/ban without calling for a vote and let them hand
out points.
My minecraft server is only for two or three people so I've not had much
opportunity to build my minecraft moderating skills. However, I've been
an OP on two other servers. The other OP's were pretty active and
everyone knew when they were on, so my policy was to be the "secret
admin". I usually got online when there were no other OP's so I was able
to listen in when people bragged about griefing someone's place or
broke into a house to steal things. I'd wait a while then kick/ban them
so they wouldn't know who the OP was.

Maturity, for one thing. I think I'm one of the older people on the
server, if not the oldest. I know that it can take a lot to keep things
running so I can offer the players some perspective when there's
technical issues. I'm also good with planning out and executing
projects.

I been playing since last October. Got into minecraft by watching X's
adventures in minecraft on youtube. I try to keep up with yogscast and
veride. The other LP's I watched have come to an end, sadly. I listen to
the shaft podcast whenever I can.
I read anime/manga. Run a small web server, an Obsidian Conflict server
(half-life 2 coop), and my private minecraft server in my spare time.
Working hard to become a successful blogger and, one day, a podcaster.
Went to college for business management and administration, but that was
ages ago. I still study management as a bit of a hobby. I have all the
skills to take charge and get things running like a finely oiled
machine, but I've learned to resist that instinct. I'm here to have fun,
help others, and try to keep things enjoyable.
