Why do I want this position in coding? Well, for one, I can see true potential in this server.. And I can bring alot to it.. What I can do is code groups for all the different ranks, So when people join it'll be

I can make it into different ranks so you don't have to use the essentials Nick command to make yourself owner, and give people op to do anything. :)

Me, I can make that much easier... And if accepted as this, I would like to also add a rank in there for myself, as [Coder]ButteredJames

Me? I'm fairly good with either of the plugins for permissions for Group Manager, Group Manger goes great with essentials, since the makes of essentials makes Group Manager..

I used to have my own server at one point, I was just un-able to pay for it.. So it was shut down..

What would I do if I seen someone hacking?: Well, I believe in second chances, they would get warned once, then after the first warning, they would be temp banned for 7 days, then after that, they would be perm banned... I believe in second chances... But I believe it shouldn't be a problem to manage the server.. :)

You should know about my past: I have a strong passed, and that is about that.. I did have my own server, no longer do have it, I plan on maybe in the future bringing my server back, and I hope I can go from there, cause I do not have any other plans on anything else, beside helping this server out, because I honestly like this server, more than I do any others, cause I see alot of fun in this...

Yes hello my name is samuel, and im 15 years old im pretty good builder so i can build cool things for server, and i have been staff at 12 other servers, one of them i dont rember the ip, but i made a misstake in that server, well i was kinda new in .minecraft/pvp/factions then and they actually had /bounty plugin so if u had a compass u could just set bounty at someone and type /bounty locate (players name) and you could find them, yep so some guys came to my base and raided me and i thought they were hacking so i abused /kill command and ye i lost my OP rank, because of 1 plugin they had:/, well and nowdays thats would never happend because now do i understand more about ye plugins and being staff and that and if i get staff i would never abuse at this server.

why do you want to be moderator?
ive always liked solving conflicrs in multiplayers games, be it on minecraft or others. however ive rarely gotten the change to actually enforce rules to help out officially. the /ban and /kick commands will help me fufill this. and this server is definately a server i will spend alot of time on so why not try to mod me on it :)

How to be a good Moderator?
Well a good moderator must know how to propely use commands /ban or /tempban them , you should first warn with a kick and only ban if they player breaks a minor rule, a mod should not instantly /ban or /tempban them.and they should help people out and dont abuse their powers :)

Anything we should know about?
