OakRealm SMP – Terms of Service
By joining OakRealm SMP or its Discord server, you agree to the following terms:
1. Gameplay Rules PvP and griefing are allowed. However, hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Responsibility You are responsible for your Minecraft account and any actions performed with it. Staff are not responsible for lost items, bases, or progress caused by other players.
3. Server Authority The server owner and administrators have the final decision on all disputes, punishments, and rule interpretations.
4. Whitelist Access Joining the server requires whitelist approval. Staff may deny or remove whitelist access at any time if players break rules or harm the community.
5. Server Changes The server may restart, reset, update, or change settings at any time. Player progress may be affected during these changes.
6. Respect and Behavior Harassment, extreme toxicity, discrimination, or threats toward other players or staff will not be tolerated.
7. No Guarantee of Uptime The server may experience downtime, crashes, or maintenance. The staff are not responsible for any loss caused by technical issues.
8. Agreement to Terms By playing on OakRealm SMP or participating in the Discord server, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
