OldSchool is a server put on by FreeMC.net a new and unique Minecraft server community. Players, server admins, and Minecraft Hosting providers will all find FreeMC.net has something to offer for them!

No Lag! The server which is supplied by Gridvirt is powered purely by SSD (Solid State Drives) and not in a shared hosting environment. The server stays smooth at all times.
The server is a long-term project as is the community that we are building. We try to keep things as simple as possible and needing minimal management and intervention. Players should be able to deal with most things through the plugins such as griefing.

There are no money mods on our servers and never will be. We do it because we love it!
