1. You're not permitted to do anything
2. Instead of 1000x1000, why not 500x500 and put an invisible barrier in the nether and end as well.

Sorry!! That mishap was fixed you are now permitted to do stuff. But, 500x500 would be very small and 1000x1000 is basically small as well!
