This server is an implementation of a survival challenge idea that I've been thinking about for a while.  All players are in adventure mode, and blocks cannot be broken manually.  The server started as a skyblock-style platform in the middle of a void, in order to facilitate building.  The server is not whitelisted, so you may drop in and out at will.  There are basically no rules; anything you can do, you are allowed to do.  Within reason, of course.  Happy surviving!
(Also, for those of you who want to Skype me, or who want OP, no to all.)
