Phoenix Vanilla is a brand new vanilla server designed so that everyone has an enjoyable time playing. PvP, raiding, and griefing are allowed. Griefing of the spawn may happen, but those who do it will be perma banned. Don't ask for any items from staff, you may ask for help or if you have any questions at any time. That made no sense at all, it states in the rules that flying, spamming, xraying, and any other hacks that give an advantage to one player is bannable. You obviously didn't read the rules.
