Okay but ours is fully updated to the recomended build of craft bukkit 1.2.5 and as you don't state that on your server details we will have to come to some arrangement as I don't want to really change our name as we have our website and everything set up now and has been for 4 months :)

Edit: May also say your server has only been on here for 3 months and if this has to go to the admins i do have receipts to prove we are and have been up for 4 months at least!
