Planet Amir

Planet Amir is a fun, small survival server run by three friends: Shmeeples (me!), EdenWolf, and TheCraftyPickle. I do the programming, plugin setup, financing, etc. Eden comes up with ideas and makes sure that everyone is having a good time. Crafty is our builder.

Our intention in making this server was to have a very unique place where players of all ages could come and enjoy Minecraft. The most unique thing is the community involvement in the server and the way staffing is done. Usually, players are able to report to staff members when they feel that someone should be punished, and the staff take care of it. Here, players can vote to kick, mute, and tempban players. If over half of the online players have voted, the target player will immediately be punished. Additionally, if someone is breaking the rules in a more severe way (hacking, griefing, etc.), staff will immediately take care of it. Lastly, staff get to play, too! We wanted the server to be fun for everyone - the owners AND the players. The staff members do not have OP, creative mode, or the ability to spawn items (though we have all other non-game-changing permissions). So that means you can hang out and chill with the owners, build with them, mine with them, whatever you want, whenever you want! Nobody cheats. Not even the owners. We all play fair.

If you're still here and not already on the server, we've got more to convince you. The lead owner (Shmeeples/me), is a video game developer, animator, 3D modeler, YouTuber, programmer, gamer, modder, tutor, artist, and musician, and most of that talent bleeds over into my Minecraft server. We have plenty of custom-made plugins, made by me, that you'll find on no other server in the world. Got any ideas for cool plugins? Let me know and they may end up getting made and used on the server!
