FIXED LAGG AND PORTALS!!!!

No need for whitelist anymore! YAY!!!!! Also this server will not always be on.

FIRST ONE TO GET ON MY SERVER GETS 64 WOOD (to make bridges) AND 1 DIAMOND BLOCK (besides me) lol SERVER IS NOT ALWAYS ON!
