I as in, Demonic_Intent have gotten on your server.
All the plugins are messed up you have few too many staff, the staff you do have need to learn not to bother the players too much, you have a kinda crappy signal with other countries so then comes lagg, and you need to work on a spawn that looks like you put time in and not some custom map from the internet.

Overall, out of 1-10 you get a 2 at most.
