M8, If ya need this much Help making ur server, no offense, but are you sure you should make one?  i mean, u need Donators, i get that, everyone does, but ur in need of staff, people to decorate, u need people to make u a banner, u need a Developer to fix the perms and config, An Owner should be able to do most of this before he even starts, or atleast fix a server crew before starting it,
