Server Rules apply to everyone on the server, and apply inside and out of the Prison. If you are caught breaking a server rule, it will have a more serious consequence than if it was a Prison rule.



1. Respect ALL staff. We run the server, and we deserve your respect and your cooperation.
2. Cursing is allowed, but absolutely NO racism is allowed. You will be muted for 30 minutes with no warn.
3. Do not spam the chat. Staff will warn you once before muting you.
4. Do not use excessive caps. Doing so will get you 2 warns, and the 3rd warn is a mute.
5. Once you are able to build bases, other players are able to raid and grief your base if found.
6. Do not bully another player on the server. If a staff sees that you are, they will warn you once before muting you for 30 minutes.
7. If a staff member tells you to do something, do it.
8. If you see another player has mods or hacks, DO NOT confront them in chat about it. Take screenshots or a video, upload them to a image uploading website or the forums, and let a staff member handle it. If found guilty, it is an immediate ban.
9. If you believe a Guard or Staff member is not right for their position, please talk to a higher ranked staff member or post it on the forums.
10. If you believe a Guard or Staff member is abusing their position or not following the rules, please talk to a higher ranked staff member or post it on the forums.

Prison Rules are for any player who is located in the Prison. You may break these rules, but if caught it may have a consequence that may effect your gameplay of the server, but you may not be totally removed from gameplay altogether.



1. You may PvP, but a guard may not see it. If a Guard catches you PvPing and you are tagged by them (tag being them hitting you with a sword, bow, fist, snowball, etc.) they may call you out of a Safezone. If you are not tagged by the Guard, they are required to disregard the act.
2. No abusing/camping the No-PvP and PvP zones/Warps (If you tag a guard and run into safezone, they will warn you, and if you continue, will result in jail for 10 minutes.)
3. No possession of contraband, which include weapons such as swords, bows, arrows, drugs (A list of drugs can be found below), and Chainmail armor.
4. If you are in a situation that seems like it deserves a jail-type punishment, but it is not listed, you may take what you feel is the appropriate action and once a Warden is on, report it to them and they will decide if it is in need of being listed in the rules. Remember, take it easy on the punishment. If a Warden feels you took it too hard on the punishment, you may be subject to punishment that can even lead up to a ban.

Ranks are for normal players on the server. The Guard Ranks are listed down below


(This is the rank you will start out in your journey with.) Congrats! Your trial has ended! Sadly, you have been found guilty for the murder of one Markus Persson. You have been sent to Prison for life, with only one spec of hope for freedom. That is your goal, and you will start out at III Block. Equipped with cafeteria that a NobleGuard+ may serve when they are feeling in a generous mood, a Stone mine which consists, and tree farm, it’s a very dangerous place where many Prisoners will fight. Fortunately, when you first join the server, you will receive 30 minutes of protection from these acts!

(15,000 Points) Great! You worked hard and now it’s paid off! You now are in a new block, with state of the art enchantment room, a melon farm, and 2 mines which include filler ores of dirt and one of snow (Precious ores include coal, gold, iron, and ice cubes which may be broken with a silk touch to sell in the shop, or break and collect with a bucket for a little extra cash) with each featuring a fun and unique experience!

(35,000 Points) You're on a roll! After days of hard work, yet again it paid off! Now, you can access a new mine which consists of Nether Brick (Precious ores include gold ore, iron ore, coal ore, glowstone, obsidian,and nether quartz), as well as 2 mines (You must pay a one time fee to enter) which have better filler blocks and more precious ores, 2 hostile and passive farms (You must pay a small fee to enter), AND private crafting rooms to protect from those thugs who think it is enjoyable to steal your stuff. You’re almost to freedom!

(65,000 Points) YAY! You made it out of the prison! Sadly, you are restricted from leaving the local town due to your parole, but there are still tons of new ways to make money fast! You get to do a little roaming around the free town which is in a Free environment, as well as the Supplies mine where you may get things such as wood, stone, dirt, and MANY precious ores! It is much safer and much more efficient to mine here, rather than free!
(100,000 Points) Congratulations! You made it to free! You now have access to all blocks, and have the option to go to the free world, or come and taunt prisoners! When you are back to visit the prison, please know that you are still required to follow all Prison rules! Go claim land with factions and make a base, have fun to have free reign over what you want to do!

Guard Ranks:


Congratulations! Welcome to the Guard ranks! In this rank you are required to show that you are worthy of keeping your rank, and be taught by a SrGuard who will show you everything you need to know about Guarding! In this rank you will automatically spawn with your TraineeGuard kit, which includes a set of chainmail with Protection III and Unbreaking X, a Diamond Sword with Unbreaking III, a Bow with Unbreaking X Infinity I, an arrow, 10 Steak (for your Insta-Eat that is activating by acting like you are eating the food, and will heal you instantly), and a set of leather armor and a stone sword (Always keep it in your inventory, if a Prisoner kills you then it will drop for them to do whatever they want with it for). Once a HeadGuard+ sees that you are fit for the full Guard rank, you may get a promotion to full Guard!


Congratulations on achieving the rank of Full Guard! You are now able to survive longer from a Prisoner attacking you, and you are now respected more for passing the test of TraineeGuard! In this rank you will automatically spawn with your Guard kit, which includes a set of chainmail with Protection IV and Unbreaking X, a Diamond Sword with Sharpness I and Unbreaking III, a Bow with Unbreaking X Infinity I, an arrow, 10 Steak (for your Insta-Eat that is activating by acting like you are eating the food, and will heal you instantly), and a set of leather armor and a stone sword (Always keep it in your inventory, if a Prisoner kills you then it will drop for them to do whatever they want with it for). After much dedication and hard work on the job, you may see a promotion coming your way that will get you into a position of a little more power! Once you are at this rank, only a Warden is able to promote you to a SrGuard rank!


Wow, you are really doing good! You are now able to train the Trainee Guards, as well as have the /mute command to mute those pesky spammers and advertisers! In this rank you will automatically spawn with your SrGuard kit, which includes a set of chainmail with Protection V and Unbreaking X, a Diamond Sword with Sharpness III and Unbreaking III, a Bow with Power I Unbreaking X Infinity I, an arrow, 10 Steak (for your Insta-Eat that is activating by acting like you are eating the food, and will heal you instantly), and a set of leather armor and a stone sword (Always keep it in your inventory, if a Prisoner kills you then it will drop for them to do whatever they want with it for). Once you get to this point in your Guard career, you will have to work twice as hard to show that you are the right person for Noble Guard!


At this point, only a HeadWarden can promote you to this rank! You now have access to many new commands, such as /broadcast, /ban, /tempban, and /vanish. You are now highly trusted, and you are now protecting the server from those players who are not a positive influence in the community! You are part of the Staff now and have a lot of say in the server. In this rank you will automatically spawn with your NobleGuard kit, which includes a set of chainmail with Protection VI and Unbreaking X, a Diamond Sword with Sharpness IV Fire Aspect I Unbreaking III, a Bow with Power II Unbreaking X Infinity I, an arrow, 10 Steak (for your Insta-Eat that is activating by acting like you are eating the food, and will heal you instantly), and a set of iron armor and an iron sword (Always keep it in your inventory, if a Prisoner kills you then it will drop for them to do whatever they want with it for). Once you show that you are very trustworthy and fit for the job, you may get a shot at being the next HeadGuard!


HeadGuards are picked from the NobleGuards by the HeadWardens'. These players are some of the most trusted on all of the server. This person regulates and manages the guards. He/she can promote guards and demote them, as well as have access to /fly to access anywhere they want! Make sure to be on their good side! In this rank you will automatically spawn with your NobleGuard kit, which includes a set of chainmail with Protection VII and Unbreaking X, a Diamond Sword with Sharpness V Fire Aspect II Unbreaking III, a Bow with Power III Unbreaking X Infinity I, an arrow, 10 Steak (for your Insta-Eat that is activating by acting like you are eating the food, and will heal you instantly), and a set of iron armor and an iron sword (Always keep it in your inventory, if a Prisoner kills you then it will drop for them to do whatever they want with it for). If you keep up your hard work and dedication to the server, you could be the next TrialWarden!



You must really be doing a good job! You are now an Admin of the server, but you are able to be demoted at any given moment. This most likely will be one of the longest stages in your Career, and you will be doing many thing in the server to prove that you deserve to keep this rank and that you really are fit for the job!


You are completely amazing. You have gone through everything needed and the long time of being Warden, and you are now a Full-Admin with almost full control over the server! You will be one of the most respected and will be very busy from helping the players!


You are unable to achieve this rank, as it is reserved for the owner ednermanslaya12, and the Co-owner moistarmadillo.

Prison Rules

1. If a guard sees you with these items, they will count down from 5 to hand them over. If you do not comply within 5 seconds, and you are in a PvP zone, the guard then may kill you. If you are in a no PvP zone, the guard will jail you for 5 - 10 minutes. If you comply AFTER the 5 seconds are up, the guard may still take action.

2. If you PvP a guard and safe, the guard must warn you twice. The third time, the guard may count down from 5 to come out of the safe zone. If you do not comply, the guard may walk into a safe zone and jail you for 10 minutes.

3. If a guard sees you PvPing and hits you, then they may kill you. If you safe, then they must count down from 5. If you do not comply, the guard may walk into a safe zone and jail you for 5 - 10 minutes. If a guard does not hit you and you safe after PvPing, they must warn you twice. If they see you PvPing the third time and you safe, they may treat it as if they had hit you. If you do not come out of the safe zone, the guard may jail you for 10 minutes.

4. If you hit a guard and run, the guard must chase you. If the run goes on for more than 5 minutes, the guard may stop and give you 2 warnings. After the 3rd warning, the guard must chase you for another 5 minutes, but, once the 5 minutes are up, the guard may jail you for 10 - 15 minutes.

​If you are killed 3 times by the same prisoner within 15 minutes, you may jail them for 10 - 15 minutes.

Notes :
Safezones include areas that are marked as No PvP zones with red clay, blocks/areas that guards cannot get into, and plots. Guards are not required to go into plots to continue combat.
Guards must be in the guard faction. If they are not in the guard faction without letting an officer of the faction know, they may be demoted.
Guards may keep any contraband or items they collect from guarding. If the guard chooses to, he may give the non-contraband items back to the player, IF the guard wants to.
Guards may NOT give out their kits. If their kits are found in the hands of anyone other then themselves, they will be instantly demoted.
If you kill a Trainee Guard or a Guard, they will drop a set of leather armor and a stone sword, and if they have any left, steak. If you kill a SrGuard, NobleGuard, or HeadGuard, they will drop a set of iron armor and an iron sword, and if they have any left, steak.
All warns from the Prison Rules above will reset every 20 minutes.
