What did exactly happened to Rainbow (!?), keep reading..

A meteorite was in direct orbit to hit the world of Rainbow. When it did hit our world, cities were destroyed but the damage didn't stop there. It disturbed the core and the planet became unstable. At that point a kind of "paradox" happened and instantly everybody was transported 1000 years in the future.


This "paradox" was unique and created a flow in the timestring connecting the two worlds, the 1400 and 2400 Rainbow. It's not just about the time difference, this unique event, the "paradox", created two different worlds, communicating thru black holes appearing all over the world. This event changed the way of playing Minecraft. These 1000 years of difference will change the way you play Minecraft. The only thing left is for you to check the whole thing with your own eyes.






The world of Rainbow was suffered great changes from lost lands and also gained some. The main problem is that the land separated and formed new regions, they really are new continents. Rainbow Continents.



It is located in the north-west side of the world.
As a continent if offers water, forest, sand.



It is located in the center & north side of the world.
As a continent if offers water, rivers, sand, snowy forest, frozen lakes.



It is located in the north-east side of the world.
As a continent if offers sea, islands, and when you reach the coast it's full of sand.



This continent takes the whole south side of the world.
As a continent if offers forest, desert, mountains, lakes and ice.



It's located at the center of the world.
As a continent it offers forest, desert, mountains, lakes and ice.






We've created the New Rainbow system to give the player the opportunity to travel back in time and space, being able to see creations going back from 2011, the true times of Rainbow, but then take advantage of the ores & ingots for in-game economy and trades.


The economy system is embedded in the new Rainbow to challenge the player to do more than just mine, mining was the first role of a player but now he can do more, sell and trade his findings or creations, making profit in in-game “€” (euro) that can be used to buy other materials or items etc. For example by finding gold in Northender he can sell it in the “dangerous” Southerdor and earn more than just selling it elsewhere. It's the only way to start playing the new Rainbow and maybe rent a room, or buy/rent a pre-made house (using “Residence”), and create Factions. When it comes to Factions, the bigger the land claimed the more money your Factions earns for you.


The separation of the world in continents push the player to create or participate in trust groups, teams, Factions so to speak, so they could successfully mine that specific ore, transfer goods from one continent to another. Each continent has it's up's and down's, so the choices are many, it's just a matter of time for the player to figure out that “team-play” is the key.


When it comes to Factions and PvP (player versus player). In the Rainbow continent there is now way to create a Faction because the whole area is in Peaceful mode, but nothing stops you from creating or participating in one on the other continents. Just like that also PvP is not allowed in Rainbow, all other continents fight only when in Faction Wars, but this rules doesn't apply with you are in Southerdor, you are on your own there.


It's the obvious to say but coming this far please note that the RFS Team has created a unique in all aspects, way of educing Pure Survival with Simulation/Life elements. The game is on a totally different level, and the gameplay level is more than high, it's something overage players sometimes can't handle. The only thing left is for you to try it.
