ok so it makes my character think i could walk but when i walk it autotelports me to the spawn drop area
makes my CHARACTER think it DIED ok so it makes you think you die so you have to keep pressing respawn and jump quickly to get out its as if you get stuck in the GLASS

So it seems as though you are the only user experiencing these problems. This leads our tech admins and I to believe that this is certainly not a problem on our side. When you are on the server- please type into the chat: /modreq glitched.

After doing this, a moderator will reset your data and this should stop any further problems. When you do a modreq, always remember that any given moderator can teleport to the area at which you made the request.

theres a glitch it doesnt let me go out ofspawn and it teleports me randomly at spawn? what do i do?

Hmm, sounds interesting.This doesn't sound like it's a problem with your client, but rather a server side issue. We would really like to fix this as soon as possible so other users don't get affected. However, our tech admins are going to have a difficult time figuring this out with such little information. Could you elaborate a little more, possibly include so more details about what is going on?
