We have a op prison server. It has a nice spawn, fully working shops for each mine. It is 24/7. All the staff are kind and responsible. Our mines are A-Z and we are making prestiges soon. Everything is done and thought about carefully including the rankup prices so it is actually possible to rankup :) We are not getting many players but every player that joins, does stay.
