The basics:
We are a Towny based pvp server that incorporates a strong economy, survival, and raiding alongside mcmmo, lwc, craftbook, and anti-cheat.
Pve is a major component which allows you to face off against mob bosses and cunning players. Wilderness raiding and grief is allowed. Town grief is only allowed within fallen towns - or by mayors or assistants. Looting is simplified with lock picking abilities: hold and right click a chest with an emerald.
A playero s main focus is to be apart of a strong town: one that has a sound financial and pvping abilities. Players are encouraged to use Mcmmo(player stats) in regard to pvp and passive skills (swords, mining, herbalism..) To gain money, players can: Kill mobs, sell items to players/admin shops, or vote. Erudite+ have access to create chestshops.
Apart from pvp and finances, players are encouraged to create epic builds and towns all the while enjoying our Games area. Games along with building are competitive fields: be the best for rewards and praise.. You may win money, ranks or more!
Games include: Infection Zombies, Spleef, Parkour, Team pvp, and Ctf capture the wool.
Regulations and a support systems are in place to create the best atmosphere for all: type /rules and use our /modreq to contact staff in regard to rule violations, problems, and questions. Modreq is not to be abused!
We do recruit staff members. Staff is earned through merit: be positive and contribute to the well being of the server in order to be chosen. Make a staff app in the appropriate forum sections once you have fulfilled the requirements.
Contributions: players are encouraged to contribute both socially and financially to the server so that our community has a chance to expand. All contributions are spent on improving server hardware, advertising, and general finances. If you have money available for entertainment why not purchase an in game rank or other such package? [Erudite] is granted for: A forum account, 5 total votes, and 3 forum posts. This will take you 10min.
You may only build in the wilderness or within your own town.
2 - Ask to join a town [/warp towny], or visit /warp wildy if you are interested in living in the wilderness.
3 - Gather resources from the wilderness or from other players and build
4 - Become an influence within your town, start making good money, partake in server competitions, pve, and pvp.
5 - When bored, visit the Games area.

Shattered Nations is a server which has worked with many different successful servers, and combined what makes a good server into this one. We use IConomy and ChestShop along side Towny to create the ultimate player trade experience. We encourage players to create towns and fight to become the top town, and eventually see Nations rise.
There are no spawn shops, meaning players must trade with other players, or use the towns shops to get their goods. If you are looking for a PvP server, where you can work along side you're town members, and fight it out with other towns, this is the right server for you.
The server also uses the top of the line event plugins so theres always something to do, such as PvP arenas, PvE arenas and a mob arena.
Rules?
Shattered Nations has rules set to keep the server fun and enjoyable for players. Griefing is only allowed in the Wilderness. Chests can be unlocked by paying a small fee to an admin to perform a chest unlock in the wilderness. Towny, Mcmmo, Lwc, Mob Arena,
