The citizens of Earth lived their lives in over-populated cities which barely handled the energy demands and created immense amounts of pollution. Little were they aware of the state of their home planet outside of the huge cities. The Earth government was desperate and came up with the SSA- Shroomcraft Space Program.

Because they knew of the fate of the inhabitants of Earth and the catastrophies that were impending upon Earth they took the most influential people- the owners of companies and sent them out on their own funds to find new places to populate.

Soon however the Earth government realised that the companies simply took up planets they found and turned them into habitable forts from which they could both protect their new colonies from the other surrounding ones, but from which to also strike at them.

Now several governments and forces are engaged in catastrophic interplanetary war- Who will you join to conquer all others?

Utahtah Colony- This was the first suitable colony for any humans to live on. The planet that it is situated on is made up of an unknown fungi that covers the whole of the planet's crust releasing dangerous amounts of gases that prevent other lifeforms from striving, including humans. This planet was not too hospitable for the human colonisers therefore they erected a vast biosphere to allow life on the colony of Utahtah. The colonisers have soon harnessed the planet's natural supply of iron ore under the vast fungus.

Crewman: The lowest possible rank, everyone starts here. You are nearly nothing in the huge corporations. However, work will allow you to get promoted.

Ensign: The second lowest possible rank. You are just a normal recruit of the company/colony wit moderately low power and influence in it.

Lieutenant: You are now a low ranking officer. You will be able to engage and maybe even sometimes help to command or order lower ranking members.

Lieutenant Commander: You are the right hand of the commanders, you can now make small decisions on your own and your influence on the corporations is moderate.

Commander: As a commander you have plenty of duties and can make everyday choices and command other troops that are lower in ranking to you. You also have a say in the major decisions however still lower than the higher ranks.

Captain: You are now a full-time high ranking officer that has the third-most influence out of all the ranks.
you can decide on all the choices however major they may be and may even object ever so slightly to the Admiral's/Vice Admiral's say in things. Your responsibility is great and if you fail to help lead correctly the corporation may have trouble.

Vice Admiral: You are the right hand of the Admiral, you execute commands equally important to the Admiral's ones and you can command the lower ranks on what to do. However considering the fact that you are acting on behalf of the Admiral as his near-equal you must have the skills in combat, and the wits in planning and responsible beyond measure. You and the Admiral are the heads of the corporation you are in and if you fail- all of your company will fall.

~Admiral~: You can make choices together with the Vice-Admiral on how everything in your company turns out. Even though you must make the choices together with the other High Ranks, you are omnipotent in your company as you lead it. Whether it be into battle on your space-ships or whether in other cases. All the members under you will do as you command- but remember, with great power, comes great responsibility.
