This is a somewhat chill server. We are a faction raiding server that emphasizes on the hardcore raiding aspect of the server. However, this causes a lot of competition and results in rage quitters. We have decided to level the playing field with some features to keep people entertained even if they are not hardcore faction players.
The staff on this server is much different from what you would see on other servers. We have no abusers and no staff will rage. We allow free speech on this server, which means disrespect of staff is allowed. Many would think that would make staff rage, but actually, we require all staff to evaluate situations without considering their feelings. This idea comes from the police force. Police that involve feelings in their work often make wrong judgements in situations, same with Minecraft staff. We also forbid our staff to play, to even more reinforce the fact that staff do not abuse. Some staff are allowed to play, but they do not have game-changing permissions such as gamemode or ban. They will have kick and mute commands however, but those are only used to monitor chat instead of following and keeping tabs on people.
