===SERVER RULES===

 1. No griefing. Those caught in the act will instantly be perma-banned and the grief will be fixed. No exeptions.

 2. No Xray/hacks. Those seen with any sort of mod will be banned. The 2nd time they will be banned permanently.

 3. No Bullying/harassing other members of the server. You will be banned if your caught. (We got text logs.) .

 4. No Stealing from chests. Those caught in the act will be banned, and have those items returned to the player.

 5. No pointless killing. Don't kill a walking diamond set just because you feel like it. Its considered stealing if he didn't offer his items/ or a duel. Those caught in the act will be banned. 

 6. No Advertising. If you are caught advertising you will be banned. 

 7. No "REFUNDS". You donated, get it? You personally chose to do it. If your banned, too bad. Your problem.

===SERVER DESCRIPTION===

SmitecraftMC, or 216.245.206.82:47385, is a survival server and a Building/Factions Server. We have a main map, and we have a FlatWorld, and a nether, and an end. We have a small cast of staff right now, but once were on our way, we plan to recruit more as we start to see the good people of the server. We are currently being hosted by an outstanding service(Exodushosting) and assure you there will be no problems with lag or loss of belongings. You will have no lag and lots of fun!

A good survival server with 99.7% uptime, this server is a mod shack with lots of great admins and staff.

We switched from GroupManager/essentials to PermissionsEX and CommandBook. Heres the changes:

/tp is now /call
/back is now /return(VIP ONLY)
We also updated to 1.4.7
