Splinters of Omora!
For millennia, the races of Omora have lived in relative peace, only squabbling amongst themselves as nations tend to do. They carved out glorious empires and ancient kingdoms across the world, proudly assuming their grand roles. However, a great evil has befallen Omora leaving nothing but destruction and death in its wake. Abandoning their legacies, the races fled from their homes in search of a respite from this evil. Thanks to magic, the races have created a lone haven in the world on the continent of Idris. Now, they are left to pick up the pieces and begin anew...and hope that the great evil that has been dormant for so long will not find them again.
Splinters of Omora is a medieval, fantasy roleplay server focusing on light roleplay. We allow easy access to the server by having no whitelist. Just grab the server IP and join! Though there’s no whitelist, we still have rules that must be followed while on the Server, Forums, and Discord. Please view them here before joining the server.
The world of Omora is diverse in both race and culture. Inhabitants of Idris include Elves, Dwarves, and Humans with variations among them brought to life through the use of different cultures. We offer basic subraces/cultures for players to choose from, but we encourage immersive creation of races and cultures by the players. Cultures that meet certain requirements become Official Server Cultures and gain some perks on the server!
As the population grows, so must the towns. Players that are given permission to begin new settlements can choose where they want to build on Idris.
The environment of Omora holds wonders for adventurers as they travel across the continent. Immersive locales add depth to the world while hidden dungeons and ruins await exploration. You never know what might be around the next corner!
