Hello there! Welcome to StarClan's Refuge, a welcoming community of mature, active players and staff. We have a custom map with a new map on its way containing fully fleshed-out territories for all Clans and groups! Watch as territories change due to special events or new rogue groups pop up to challenge the resiliency of the main groups! Anyone is welcome to come and explore the many landmarks and hidden locations, both in and out of roleplay. As of July 29th, 2022, we now have hex codes for our donor rank!

Our server is a canon Clan server, with all Clans and the Tribe all living together (in harmony or otherwise). You can join any of the seven groups and apply for High Rank positions in the clans of: ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, ShadowClan, SkyClan, BloodClan or the Tribe of Flowing Lava!

At StarClan's Refuge, we value the input of our players highly, and any one player's plotline has the power to change the course of the clans from then on. The leaders of each clan and group can change the code or create secondary ranks within their clan in any way they see fit. They can ally with other groups or even declare war...
This makes for an exciting and dynamic world to grow characters in.

Additionally, we have 10 applicable power cat positions and reincarnation possibilities, open for any player! Power cats can origin from any group or Clan and have the ability to join together to use their powers for good or evil... Reincarnations have the option to have a second chance at life to achieve their previous' life dream! We also host raffles on our discord for mutated cats and wildcats, the options are endless- be creative!

Most importantly, we also have open applications for server-wide events and special events! Want to introduce a Clans-wide war where your character is the integral player or a flash flood that washes away half the forest? If you apply your idea, that could just happen!

When I first joined this server, I was so nervous and terrified of talking to everyone- but the staff and the other players were so welcoming and chill that it took little time for me to fit in. I would say my favorite thing about SR would be the custom map. Being one of the map builders, I was able to witness the countless hours (more like days) being poured into the map to make it into something beautiful and unforgettable.Every step through the territories brings you a new and unique feature, whether it's RiverClan's camp or the secret caves and tunnels hidden around the map. It brings the rps to light, creating more dynamic and realistic roleplays.
Speaking of which, I can say without a doubt that every member on this server are plesant to be around and talk to. Everyone is so nice, and supportive, and just fun to be around. This server and the people on it mean a lot to me, and I don't know what I'd be doing today without the new friends and online families I've made.
Thank you staff and everyone else for making SR such a home-based environment <3

I enjoy all parts of the server, but I think my two favorite parts are the map and the community. The map was worked on seemingly so quickly, and the effort is clearly there. The build staff and the map builders did such an amazing job, every looks great. From the big mountains to a tiny detail like a landmark. The community is one of the best I've met. As soon as I joined, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I made so many friends within those first days that I still am friends with on there talking outside of the server as well.

By far my favorite feature about SR is the community in general and the nickroom feature. I love just hanging out in the chat and talking about stuff with everybody, y'all funny as hell. But nickrooms are super easy and bless them because I couldn't remember my characters colors for the life of me. Y'all are doing a great job with the server and I can't wait to see what y'all will do in the future

Omg where to start? The staff are the best EVER. They are so supportive and although the server has had its drawbacks, it has come back better than ever. I have made a lot of friends through StarClan’s Refuge and before. There are many connections to be made even though it is a server for roleplaying warrior cats. For example, I just found two people who also did marching band! And even though most people live in America, you can find the ever few people who live in Canada, Australia, and the UK. I recommend this server to new people looking to roleplay Warrior Cats as I have experienced many servers on the subject, but this one is the best ever.

I’ve met so many good people from this server, and it’s such a great community with such great people. The builds are always breathtaking and gorgeous! Everyone here supports and helps each other. It has a great staff team who are always finding ways to help the server. I’ve loved this server since I first joined, and it’s been great all these years! I totally recommend it for people new to roleplay because they do such a great job explaining things to new people and it’s open to beginners. This server by far is one of the best warrior cats servers out there! I hope to see more new people coming in! -zozo

I've only been on this server for maybe a year or two, but my experience has been awesome. I met so many great people and a truly awesome community. Everyone's so lighthearted and encouraging, and thanks to the sense of humor, there's never a dull moment in SR. I haven't even STARTED on the map they built like oh ma lord you talented people should get an award for this. SR is one of the best communites/servers I've ever joined. -Jelli

Oh man where to start! This year, 2020, is the year that I came back to this server and this community. I had to leave unfortunately for school a few years ago and I know I missed quite a lot in that time, but now that I’m back it’s like I never left! Most of these changes have been for the better, especially the changes in maps! The creativity is insane! The world and sever itself is pleasing to look at and the people are just as great too! It’s a new year and I’m old enough now to recognize the passion and devotion that is put into maintaining the style and feel of Warrior Cats!

I've been a part of StarClan's Refuge for a long time, probably since...2016? I left for a while and came back around June 2020. I love how the staff team is so open and accepting now. My favorite part of the server has to be the map itself and how creative it is. I also love roleplaying with everyone and welcoming new people. -Parker

This is a great place to roleplay your warrior cats OCs with the added bonus of a wonderful and supportive community! I personally love all the ways your characters can effect the world in the server, It makes the clans feel more alive outside of the characters within them :)
