I wanna work on this server to help out my youtube channel and to help the server out. I will not ban guys for unusuall stuff, I will ban if over doing advertsing, Spamming, Griefing, etc

i've never been banned from any servers i've been to and i've been looking for servers that need staff and i thought i could be a staff.

Please, whatever you do, don't let random people become staff.

Let them on, let the PROVE they have what it takes, saying "can i b part of the staff" and letting them become staff just because of that is dangerous, I've seen servers go down because their own staff were trolls or griefers that ruined it, not only that, but some servers had staff that had no idea how to do anything, and abused their powers and were not mature OR responsible;

What I'm saying is, don't let random people join your staff, let them prove that they can do it, maybe after a week or so of good playing then run them through situations and monitor them for a while to see if they don't balls up.

Why I should be chosen:I am a very nice guy,I'll listen to what you'll say,I'm an awesome builder ,I'm not like one of those stupid mods that swear or just ban people for no reason, I know how to fix bugs and such like that.
