We still encourage Roleplaying in all aspects, but we are striving to add content to give players more challenges, diverse experiences, unique encounters and the ability to shape the world! This includes new Dungeons, improved Loot, Boss Monster encounters, the Emerald Exchange, a virtual market to buy and sell items (Comparable to Auction Houses), the Emeral Vault, a virtual storage facility for players, an intuitive Magic system, NPC Towns and one of our highlight features; Quests! We also boast the iConomy plug-in. This allows us to have a living, breathing economy. This sits well with the grandExchange plug-in to allow players to take control of the economy itself. For those old school players whowant physical shops and to draw players into their Player-owned Towny towns we also have the ChestShop plug-in to create physical shops. Our plug-ins compliment one another in a way that provides players with a one-of-a-kind experience. Embark on quests to obtain elite weaponry, special magic spells or even to improve your personal constitution and increase your maximum health! |
CREATE YOUR OWN DESTINY! In the Land of Ch'Bey you can control your destiny and influence that of others. Be it conversing in-game, questing together, roleplaying or even interacting on our website, wiki or Teamspeak there are dozens of ways to make yourself who you want to be! Players can get their name out there by creating a biography in our Roleplaying Forum, making a Family History page on our Wiki, or even submitting media to the server. We use all sorts of submitted media for banners, icons, avatars, YouTube videos, intros, outros and much more! We are also accepting applications for staff! We are expanding and as such we need experienced Moderators to join up! Before applying, know this: We don't hire lightly. We expect our staff to be skilled as they say they are, willing to do what is required to accomplish our goals, devote time and, possibly the toughest requirement to meet, they must have 2, yes TWO, Minecraft accounts. This is for the purpose of differentiating between a player account and a Staff account. Staff recruits go through a probationary period, however. Probie Staff do not have to have 2 accounts. Before you can be fully recruited as a Staff member, however, you will have to obtain your second account. Should we think you have no intent or means to acquire the second account, we will fire you. We have adult staff and a website for our members; www.chbey.net ... Role-playing is encouraged on our server, but not enforced, so as long as you do not interfere with any role-playing you are welcome to play and build on our server! We want players to come to our Map and create and run their own towns the way they think a town should be run. We know players like to have the freedom to play and build on a well-run server, and we have one right here, waiting for eager builders and developers. When you first join, you will be asked to select a race. If you choose half-elf, you will get a speed boost. If you choose Shoytor, you get Instant Health, for example. Stay at one of our Inns when you join, and privatize the chests in your room while you start to build up your supplies. Click the nearest shrine to bind your soul to it in case you get killed by hostile mobs. Check out our towns, and you could join one if you like, or save up enough in-game money (called Vox) to make your own town with Towny protection! You get up to 750 Vox a day for voting for our server through the links on our home page! Also, you can sell items to the server through the Ulti-market plugin, or make a shop with the Chestshop plugin to sell items to other players! You can make a great deal of in-game money by donating to our server as well! No need to be bored on Single-player, or annoyed by servers where you get griefed on a daily basis.
