I am going to be honest, but this is a really bad listing. You can keep this listing if you only want newbies on your server always asking for ranks and items. Chances are, you probably want some experienced players on your server. You should have more pictures and picures of players having fun or a picture of your spawn. Furthermore, you have a horrible description. It just sais awesome server and lots of 7s. You need an informative description that tells people what your server is, the positives about it, what the theme is and all of that stuff. Nobody will come on unless you get a good listing. I am just trying to help you and not put you down.
