Paddington is a beautiful small town inspired by Westhaven, in Franklin TN, Developed by Southern Land Company. Paddington was developed by minecraft developer Mikres & Associates which has developed incredibly successful developments including: Jamestown, Carothers Cove at Ladd Park, Canterbury, Carlisle, Westhaven and many more. (NOTE: these developments are not affiliated with the real life versions in any way.) Paddington Features a small town center with shops, offices restaurants, our lovely Chapel and much more to do. The cities biggest employer is Mikres & Associates Development Firm. Housing options right in town include live work townhouse and condos in the $200,000-$500,000 range and Luxury Beachfront Homes from the $800,000's and higher.
