PsalmSMP

I wanted to make a Minecraft server that actually feels like a server, if that makes sense.

Not one of those huge servers where you join, say hi to nobody, and then never log on again.

Just a small world with a bunch of people who enjoy Minecraft and want to build something together.

That's basically what PsalmSMP is.

We're playing survival, building towns, making stupid little projects, exploring, hanging out, and hopefully creating a world that we'll still care about months from now.

I'm not trying to make this the biggest SMP out there. Honestly, I'd rather have 20 people who know each other and actually play than 500 people sitting in a Discord.

So who is this for?

You don't need to be some insane builder or have 10,000 hours in Minecraft.

If you like:

  Building stuff just because you can
  
• 
  Exploring and finding random places
  
• 
  Making farms that probably aren't necessary
  
• 
  Starting towns and little communities
  
• 
  Hanging out in VC while you play
  
• 
  Helping someone with a project
  
• 
  Actually getting to know the people you play with
  

...you'll probably fit in pretty well.

One thing though

PsalmSMP is application-only.

Not because we're trying to be exclusive or anything. I just want to keep the server small and make sure the people joining are actually looking for the same kind of experience.

You'll join the Discord, fill out a quick application, and I'll take a look at it.

If you're accepted, you're in.

That's pretty much it.

Come say hi.

Maybe you'll build a little house somewhere.

Maybe you'll start a town.

Maybe you'll become the guy who somehow owns 47 chickens.

Who knows.
