Dedicated IP Address


A Dedicated IP Address allows you to specify an IP address without a port. Meaning, instead of 192.168.1.1:25656, you can enter just 192.168.1.1. This is also helpful for setting up a domain or subdomain and pointing it to your server so players may connect. Our 2048 MB servers and up include this for free.


Extended Support


Our Extended Support addon extends the scope of our support team. Typically, we are unable to provide support for third-party software (this is includes modpacks and plugins). Our extended scope covers the non-typical issues that may arise.


Custom Slots


By purchasing Custom Slots, it enables you to specify the amount of players you’d like to be able to connect to your server. If you are running a very lightweight JAR file on your server and you know that an amount of players higher than the standard slots of your plan can connect, you can easily specify any amount of slots you’d like.


Initial Plugin Setup


The initial plugin setup enables you to request up to 10 plugins that you would like to be installed, along with being configured. Please note that a permissions based plugins using group may require more than one plugin slot to be used, or may require the purchase of our extended support.
